Slip-resistant
Jinguang molded grating would have a meniscus(concave ) top surface for slip resistance after it is extracted from the mold. Should a girt surface be specified, the girt would be either bonded to the top of the completed grating panel as a secondary operation or embedded to the top of grating before heating. Jinguang has three types of surface systems to offer maximum slip resistance for most application, one is concave top surface formed naturally during process which offers sufficient protection, the others are embedded grit surface and post-cure grit surface both providing superior protection and last longer due to wear and tear, Diamond top or gritted cover top are available upon request.
